Customer Survey Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Entry is open to customers who complete the TPS Customer Survey in full and accept the terms and conditions. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
Prize
One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a "Ranger Kit: PH".
The Ranger Kit: PH contains:
- The Ranger Handheld
- PH-104 Sensor
- 1 Metre Quick-Snap Cable
- Protective Ranger Sleeve
- 250ml pH 4.00 Buffer
- 250ml pH 7.00 Buffer
- 250ml pH 10.00 Buffer
- 120ml Sample Jar
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Draw Date
The winner will be drawn at random on the 14th of November 2025.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted directly via the details provided in the survey. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, TPS reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Promotion and Publicity
By entering, participants agree that if they are selected as the winner, their name and/or business name may be used in TPS marketing, promotional, and publicity materials (including online and social media).
Privacy
Survey responses will be kept confidential and used for research purposes only. Contact details will only be used to notify the prize winner unless the entrant has opted into further communications.
General Conditions
TPS reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. TPS accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering or accepting the prize.
