Cyclone Alfred is forecasted to impact Queensland and Northern New South Wales in the coming days. This severe weather event may affect our operations, including order processing and deliveries.

Potential Service Disruptions:

  • Thursday, March 6th and Friday, March 7th: Order dispatch and deliveries may be significantly delayed or temporarily suspended due to the cyclone’s impact.
  • Disruptions may extend beyond these dates, depending on the severity of the storm and recovery efforts.

What To Expect:

  • Expect potential delays in order processing and shipping.
  • Normal operations will resume as soon as conditions allow.
  • Our phone and email support teams will still be available, but could be affected by power outages.
